We are pleased to announce a new Channel 4 Dispatches programme examining the impact that the move from DLA to PIP will have on disabled people is to be released next week. “Britain on Benefits” is presented by Paralympian Ade Adepitan and will be broadcast at 8pm on Monday 18 February 2013. Cutting Numbers Documentary Animation
To get in the mood for the Future That Works march tomorrow and Hardest Hit action next week check out this excellent documentary animation produced by Lauren Leyshon Thomas. Cutting Numbers explores the issues surrounding the the Welfare Reform Bill, from the perspective of some of those in receipt of disability related benefits. It features scenes from the Hardest Hit march last May painstakingly recreated out of miniature models!
